SIMPLE AND GREAT TIPS FOR A HAPPY AND HEALTHY LIFE

HYE. ANNYEONG HASEYO.. TODAY I WOULD LIKE TO POST ABOUT OUR DAILY ROUTINE AND LITTLE BIT TIPS FOR A HAPPY LIFE .. 

Here are simple and great tips for a happy and healthy life. so we can maintain our natural beauty especially for a woman

  1. Drink a plenty water . two litter of water enough for our metabolism process.  avoid dehydration which may cause bad effect especially for skin
  2. Read more book than you did last month. for example, last month you just read 2 books, and this month go to read more than 2 books.. haha ... i can't imagine how supposed i read a book.. ( i dont like it) ..
  3. Spend time with people surround - people over the aged 70 and under the age of 6... and dont forget to hold them..
  4. Dream more while you awake.. such a day dreaming is good for our future - just go to good dream lah .. 
  5. try to make at least three people smile everyday.. make a joke, telling them the good news, make them appreciated 
  6. Dont waste your precious energy on gossip...Dosa.. please dont speak about other..
  7. No ones in charge of your happiness except you.. just make your day with funny things without wasting your time. for example i love gardening.. after coming back from work i will spend about an hour to care of my flower.. and it make me happy
