TOCIE

there are some speaking rules you need to know -(TOCIE groups take note yeah)

1. Don't study grammar to much- if you want to pass examination, then study grammar, however, if you want to become fluent in English, then you should try to learn English without study the grammar. 
2. Learn and study Phrases. - don't translate
3. Reading and listening are not enough- practices speaking what you hear.
4. Submerge Yourself- start speak English from now,  u will advanced in English when your surrounding is fully English. so start using English everywhere, or what ever u want to say..
5. Study correct materials. - please search the internet, there lots of material that u can use to learn English especially speaking
